Job Title: Site Supervisor

At Drake International, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction process and ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule parameters. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with project managers, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Manage and coordinate workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors.
• Implement Quality Control Programs and maintain cost control throughout construction.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors to proactively address and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong communication skills, highly organized, and able to take initiative.
• Preferably educated in construction, building technology, or engineering.
• Certified with NCSO and Journeyman Carpenter ticket (preferred).
• Experienced in managing projects over $15 million.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Hold a valid, clean Driver's license and be ready to travel.
