About the Role

Wealthsimple Digital Assets Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our Options product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with our company's mission and goals.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to understand client needs, develop prototypes, and iterate on product features.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and launch of new product experiences that raise the bar on quality, performance, and ambition.
  • Establish and own key performance metrics related to product performance and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product opportunities that drive business impact.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and shipping successful products.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a complete product or large parts of an offering and lead complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform prioritization decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and project direction to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward.
