Job Title: Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our software engineering team in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software applications using Angular, MongoDB, and the MEAN stack.
  • Manage a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Drive the creation of detailed technical designs and ensure high-quality code and unit tests.
  • Provide strategic technical estimates for user stories and address technical risks.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate applications into a cloud environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of four years' experience with software development life cycle models and agile programming methodologies.
  • Minimum of four years' experience developing web applications, with at least three years in full-stack development.
  • Expertise in engineering efficient back-end systems, including managing MongoDB databases.
  • Deep understanding of Angular practices and commonly used modules.
