Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Balcarres Grocery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as assign duties and provide training to ensure a well-functioning team.
- Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Plan and Organize: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
- Health Care Plan: Comprehensive health care plan for employees.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
