Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks and meet sales goals.
  • Cash Handling and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate cash handling and bookkeeping procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales associates.
