Pipeline Construction Superintendent

Arnett & Burgess Energy Services is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to lead pipeline construction projects in British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising field crews, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Develop and implement construction execution plans to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to coordinate project activities and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with A&B's Quality Management System and Safety Management Program.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel to enhance A&B's safe work culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role on pipeline construction projects.
  • Related diploma or degree preferred.
  • Proven record of project success in a supervisory role working on pipeline construction projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills using MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong knowledge of auger bores and pipeline drilling.
  • Muskeg experience is an asset.
