Physiotherapist - Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities.
About the OpportunityThe successful candidate will report to the Manager of Rehabilitation Services and provide physiotherapy services in outpatient, inpatient, and community settings. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be working closely with other health disciplines, the general public, family members, and caregivers.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university, membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists, BCLS, and computer skills. Additional education or training in specialized areas, such as cardio-respiratory techniques, acupuncture, stroke rehabilitation, manual therapy, or balance training, is considered an asset.
