Senior Technical Project Implementation Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead the technical onboarding process for new clients on our accident management and risk/safety platforms. As a Sr. Technical Project Implementation Specialist, you'll work closely with our internal teams, including the IT department and our 3rd party vendor, to ensure successful and timely completion of IT work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring custom requirements are met and technical standards are upheld.
- Oversee the building and testing process, coordinating with IT resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Act as the technical SME for client onboarding, providing expertise on web applications and technical architecture.
- Collaborate with the business implementation team to collect and clarify client requirements, ensuring successful onboarding.
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
- Work in partnership with the New Business Implementation team to develop and track Quality Assurance metrics and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
- Business Analyst experience required, with a plus for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Technical background with SQL, stored procedures, and relational database concepts, with MS SQL Server preferred.
- Experience leading small to medium IT projects or sub-teams, with knowledge of IT project management.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a proven track record of leading/facilitating work with a 3rd party vendor.
