Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at VENTUS CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction of buildings, roads, and other infrastructure projects
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
  • Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
