Job Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Commercial Account Executive to provide top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the Commercial Account Executive
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on insurance matters
  • Process incoming commercial paperwork and assist with quotes, new business, and existing coverage
  • Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients
  • Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate with underwriters on behalf of customers
  • Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications

Requirements

  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 3 years commercial insurance experience, including property/casualty and automobile
  • A valid insurance license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain same
  • Strong customer focus and previous sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
