Job Title: Banking Advisor

At National Bank, we're looking for a talented Banking Advisor to join our team. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Prerequisites:
  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • A positive attitude and empathy for clients.
  • An interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.
  • The ability to adapt to different situations.
