We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Nipigon. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
  • Stockroom Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, receive and process shipments, and ensure a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Purchasing and Bagging: Assist customers with purchasing and bagging their items, and ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
  • Store Maintenance: Participate in store maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and bend, crouch, or kneel.
