Job Title: Floor Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Nipigon.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and other point-of-sale systems.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
