Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada and A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
