Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services
    • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased
    • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments
  • Customer Service
    • Assist health care professionals and provide excellent customer service to our customers
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a pharmacy management role
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
