Job Title: Fire Safety and Protection Manager

Fire Safety and Protection, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Safety and Protection Manager to lead our Markham branch and oversee a team of professionals in delivering high-quality fire and life safety solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a cross-functional team, consisting of both union and non-union personnel, to ensure compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth within the assigned territory.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fire and life safety industry, with a focus on sales, operations, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, security, and access control systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
