Job Title: General Manager - Fire Safety and Protection

Fire Safety and Protection, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Markham branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality fire and life safety solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering fire and life safety solutions to clients
  • Manage a cross-functional team, consisting of both union and non-union personnel
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and standards
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fire and life safety industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, security, and access control systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
