">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage team, you will be responsible for growing our residential mortgage business by focusing on origination outside of the advice centre network.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">Key Responsibilities:">The successful candidate will be responsible for:
">- Providing personalized mortgage solutions designed to meet members' long-term goals.
- Accountable for increasing Affinity's share of wallet by effectively promoting our consumer banking capabilities and solutions, and referring cross-sell opportunities to appropriate channels or specialists.
- Meeting with members outside of the advice centre network at their convenience.
**Requirements:**
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Industry-leading sales ability in growing a book, achieving targets, and building a pipeline using a member-centric approach.
- Experience making expert lending product and service recommendations, as well as providing quality member-centric referrals to other financial solutions experts.
- Proficiency in using a broad range of digital channels and devices (i.e., online services, mobile applications, smartphones, tablets, etc.).
