  • Managing the operations of the Fund, including capital activities, credit facilities, investor and investment closings, fund flows, investor onboarding, and redemptions.
  • Ensuring compliance with governing fund documents and credit facility agreements.
  • Liaising with business units such as Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Private Equity to ensure seamless fund operations.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong commitment to deadlines and the team, is detail and process oriented with a high sense of ownership in their work, and has a superior finance/accounting foundation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A CPA designation with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Prior experience in private fund and/or asset management.
  • An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant technical discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
