Room Attendant Opportunity

Civic Hotel, a boutique hotel located in the heart of Surrey City, is seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest requests in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and terry, and replace with clean supplies.
  • Clean bathroom and bedroom areas, including dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings.
  • Check electrical items and report any damages or issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in a boutique or luxury hotel.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eye for detail and personal standard of perfection.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift.
  • Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn and develop new skills.
