About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Linda Vista Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests for extra supplies or other items, and by providing basic information about our facilities.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards.

  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
