  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment:

  • Restaurant setting with a team of 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers, kitchen, and food service helpers.
  • 40 hours per week with a permanent work term.
