Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at the Prince George Regional Correctional Centre. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and book client appointments and follow-up appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is provided to relevant staff members.
- Register and admit clients into our system, ensuring that all demographic and client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform referral functions, including data entry, sending out client questionnaires, and processing related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and log sheets.
- Provide administrative support, including typing and distributing various documents and reports.
- Grade 12, plus two years' recent experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to keyboard 40 wpm and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
