We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in enhancing company profitability and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate category trends, promotion effectiveness, and product profitability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain technical reports for regular distribution to stakeholders, including store teams, category buying teams, and executive teams.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to address operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reviews of established KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in grocery or retail.
  • Superior quantitative skills, including statistics and analysis.
  • Advanced MS Excel capabilities and exemplary SQL abilities.
  • Ability to leverage partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
