The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data from Canada, Latin America, Asia Pacific, London, New York, and Mexico operations. You will also support multiple simultaneous project initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills to review Discovery patterns and payloads; manage subnets, monitor discovery schedules, maintain discovery schedules and dates. You should also have experience in performing audits of hardware, configuration items, as needed to maintain accuracy within the CMDB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data from diverse global operations.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analyze and optimize data management processes.
  • Conduct regular hardware and configuration item audits.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure accurate asset information.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
  • Experience in data reporting with ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management & Service Catalogue.
  • Knowledge of networking and infrastructure, including servers, networking, databases, and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Discovery related technologies, such as Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), Secure Shell protocol (SSH), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), and REST/RESTful APIs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
About the Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
