About the Role

As a Retirement Counselor, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective residents, conducting home tours, and educating them about our senior living community's unique benefits. Your passion for helping others and your drive to succeed will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families
  • Conduct home tours and showcase our community's amenities and services
  • Provide education and support to help residents make informed decisions about their care
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing team to increase occupancy and enhance resident relations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Computer proficiency and experience with lead-tracking systems
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
