Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating with patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and dental staff
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with scheduling and appointment management
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
- High-level knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Two years of experience working as a Treatment Coordinator is preferred
- Experience with Tracker is an asset
