About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep general ledgers and financial statements up-to-date
  • Post journal entries and prepare statistical reports
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
