We are looking for a detail-oriented Governance and Compliance Officer to join our team at Turner & Townsend Plc. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the change control process is implemented in compliance with governance requirements.

About the Role
  • Implement and manage the change control process to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and assure information prior to submission to the Change Management Board.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to manage change requests, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in program controls within large-scale projects or programs of work.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing change in complex infrastructure projects/programs.
  • Strong understanding of applicable technical areas or aspects of program controls and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
