Job Title: Exterior Cladder

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Cladder to join our team at RMW Exteriors Inc. As an Exterior Cladder, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including aluminum windows and doors, siding, and eavestroughs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as aluminum windows and doors, siding, and eavestroughs.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
Requirements:
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Working at heights training.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
