Job Title: Exterior Cladding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our team at RMW Exteriors Inc. As an Exterior Cladding Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior prefabricated products, including siding, trim, and roofing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as siding and trim, to ensure a watertight seal and a smooth finish.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to extend their lifespan and maintain their appearance.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand and power tools, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
Requirements:
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Working at heights training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on safety.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work at heights.
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Work at heights, using aerial lifts and scaffolding.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
