Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical Caregiver to join our team at Coopérative de solidarité de services à domicile du Royaume du Saguenay. As a Medical Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Administer medications and provide first aid when necessary
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Personal Support Worker certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

As a Medical Caregiver, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their homes. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift, and may be exposed to physical and emotional demands.
