Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal parts
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in manual welding and fabrication
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
