- Parts Location and Shipping: Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment, including the unloading, receiving, and storing of incoming parts and materials.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Education and Experience: A solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills, with previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
- Leadership and Decision Making: Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers, managers, and customers.
