Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Parts Location and Shipping: Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment, including the unloading, receiving, and storing of incoming parts and materials.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills, with previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
  • Leadership and Decision Making: Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers, managers, and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
