Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality tax services
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize our financial performance
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance with domestic and international regulations
- Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to drive business growth and minimize tax risk
- Manage tax audits and disputes, and develop strategies to mitigate tax liabilities
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the business on tax implications
- Develop and maintain relationships with key tax stakeholders, including the CRA
