Sk'aadgaa Naay Elementary School is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate educator to provide high-quality instruction and care to our young students. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social and emotional growth
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to student success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working with young children in a educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality instruction and care
