POSITION:
Regular StrongStart Facilitator

COMPENSATION:
$33.01 per hour, with an additional certification premium of $1.00 when applicable.

WORK HOURS:
Eight (8) hours per week.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The StrongStart Facilitator plays a crucial role in supporting early childhood education by providing engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children and their families. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about fostering a positive learning environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and implement educational activities that promote child development.
2. Collaborate with families to enhance children's learning experiences.
3. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children and parents.
4. Monitor and assess children's progress and development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should possess relevant experience in early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the growth and development of young learners.
