Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Caraway Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
