Food Service Manager

MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
