We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
