Accounting Technician Role at GUAC MEXI GRILL

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain employee benefits records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports, for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
