Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team at Richlyn. As a PSW, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients who require care and support with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with various needs, including dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer, diabetes, and other conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in recreational activities.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
  • Assist with communication, including phone calls and video calls.
  • Support clients with their daily routines and provide quality of life care.
Requirements:
  • 13 years of experience as a PSW in Toronto.
  • BS Psychology graduate from the Philippines.
  • Police clearance available upon request.
