Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Support, mentor, and motivate a team of salaried and hourly employees to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale projects with site and regional impact, driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.
  • Productivity Planning: Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other leaders to load balance.
  • Safety and Quality: Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Performance Metrics: 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
