About the Role

CROWN TRUCK DRIVING ACADEMY seeks an Academic Guidance Expert to provide support to students in their academic and personal journeys. This role involves providing guidance on educational, career, and vocational matters, as well as assisting with recruitment of graduating students by employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend educational conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Supervise teaching assistants to ensure they are equipped to provide quality support to students.
  • Counsel students on a range of issues, including education, career, and vocational choices.
  • Refer students to other specialized services when required, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
  • Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and workshops to maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Arrange for recruitment of graduating students by employers, highlighting their skills and qualifications.
  • Supervise peer counselling programs, promoting a culture of mutual support and respect.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia, sharing expertise and insights with a wider audience.
About the Team
