Condominium Portfolio Manager

At C-Era Property Management & Realty, an Associa Company, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a licensed Condominium Manager, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and managing the day-to-day operations of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee project management, emergency response, contracts, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement meeting agendas, conduct meetings, and maintain accurate minutes.
- Administer financial matters, including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review.
- 1-2 years of high-rise residential and/or property management experience.
- Real estate and Property Management License in Alberta required.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of Alberta.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
