Job Title: Condominium Manager

At C-Era Property Management & Realty, an Associa Company, we are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and living up to our high expectations. As a licensed Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship management with our clients, handling day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Prioritize and conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
  • Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
  • Create meeting agendas, conduct meetings (some evening meetings required), and follow up with accurate minutes.
  • Administer financial matters of the portfolio, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of high-rise residential and/or property management experience.
  • Real estate and Property Management License in Alberta required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act of Alberta.
  • A positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and meet precise deadlines and manage clients' expectations.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to property management.
