Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Service Specialist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience in clinical practice improvement, change management, and project management. You will work closely with clinical leaders, information technology services, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop clinical practices, processes, and documentation to support effective and efficient care

Collaborate with clinical leaders, information technology services, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions

Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Analyze and interpret data to inform clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives

Provide education and training to staff on clinical practices and quality improvement initiatives

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
