As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our trucks and motorized equipment are up and running smoothly. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on diesel, CNG, gas, and electrically-operated trucks, as well as associated heavy duty equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment
  • Use various power tools, hand instruments, and cutting-edge equipment
  • Complete daily reports, work orders, and order necessary parts
  • Assist in the review of mechanical write-ups and coordinate repair schedule

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); technical diploma desired
  • Experienced as a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic
  • Relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions according to Company standards
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and maintain accurate records
