Establish enduring relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners to create mortgage opportunities and referrals.

# Emphasize trust-building by offering clear and honest advice, developing rapport, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the mortgage journey.
# Prioritize the client experience by comprehending client requirements, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a smooth mortgage application process.
# Collaborate with internal departments, including underwriting teams, to ensure timely mortgage approvals and closings while complying with industry regulations.
# Stay updated on market dynamics, mortgage offerings, and regulatory standards to provide well-informed advice and maintain a competitive advantage in the sector.

A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in the mortgage sector or a related field is required.
