Luxury Resort Executive

Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. is a reputable hospitality company seeking an experienced Luxury Resort Executive to lead our operations.

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven professional to oversee the daily activities of our resort. As a Luxury Resort Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Policies and Procedures
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Staff Supervision
  • SUPervise staff members to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
• Budget Management
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to optimize financial performance.
• Customer Service
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Special Needs Support
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
• Work Schedules
  • Establish work schedules to meet operational requirements.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
